Inspired by rainforest waterfalls, Liquid Silver captures the essence of flowing water

The delicate Liquid Silver collection is made from highly polished silver wires which are wavy and rippled in shape, suggesting the movement of gentle cascading streams of water. Delicate molten balls of polished silver finish the ends of wire links, further echoing droplets of water.

Versatile enough to be worn during the day or when dressed up for a night out, the subtle movement of individually linked wires creates both a modern and organic feel. The collection can be made in a variety of hook earrings, necklaces and bracelets. Natural gemstone briolettes can be included for a pop of colour.

Please note Liquid Silver necklaces and bracelets should not be worn over knitwear or delicate fabrics in case threads get caught in the fine wires.

Liquid Silver is another one of my collections that I have been making for more than 20 years. The Liquid Silver collection can be made with many variations including various lengths of earrings and necklaces. Choose from a few 'strands' of links, for a delicate look, to multiple strands for a bolder statement piece. A tiered arrangement with 20 or more strands makes for a spectacular necklace.

I generally use Argentium silver which has a higher percentage of silver than sterling silver and is also tarnish resistant. 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold is available upon request, and 14ct gold filled wire can also be an affordable alternative to gold.

Caring for your Liquid Silver jewellery
cleaning materials for liquid silver jewellery

Your jewellery should never be sprayed with perfume, hairspray or deodorant as these can cause a patina to develop on the silver. All fine jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. I strongly recommend storing your jewellery carefully to preserve its beauty.

It is best to keep your Liquid Silver jewellery in an airtight environment like a zip lock plastic bag or wrapped in cloth or tissue paper. Don’t leave silver jewellery out in the open as circulating air will speed up any tarnishing. If you do need to remove tarnish from Liquid Silver made with gemstones only (not pearls) then I recommend a silver dip like Hagerty Silver Clean available online. Simply dip the jewellery for a couple of seconds only, then rinse thoroughly with water and dry carefully with a tissue. For extra shine a silver polishing can also be used, as can a small amount of Silvo on a cotton wool ball which can gently be rubbed over the wires before rinsing and drying thoroughly. Please don’t hesitate to contact me via email if you have any questions.
